Stringing

We carry a large selection of strings that range from the resilient and powerful multifilament's to the spin enhancing and durable polyesters. Many strings are offered in multiple gauges (thickness) and in multiple colors. Don't have your favorite string? Bring in your own string or asks us to order it. We also support hybrid stringing, using two different strings for the main and cross strings.

Grips

We offer replacement grips for both tennis and racquetball. We have an assortment of styles and colors.

Accessories

We offer accessories such as overwraps, vibration dampeners, head protection tape, lead tape and more.

Grommet Strips

Grommet strips protect the racket frame. Scraping the court surface wears the grommet, requiring periodic replacement. Each racket has a unique grommet strip. Most shops hate dealing with grommet strips and will not tell you when you need a new one since maintaining an inventory of grommets for all rachets is impossible. Grommets also can often be difficult and time consuming to install. Once a grommet strip is worn, you can quickly destroy the frame as the frame material does not handle abrasion, wearing quickly and damaging the structural integrity of the frame. We will inform you of the need to replace your grommet and will attempt to find a replacement, however grommets for older frames are not always available. This process takes one to two weeks.

Service and Repair

We offer services such as grip build-up, butt cap replacement and string stenciling. Tennis and racket ball grip sizes are easily enlarged up to 1/4 inch. Reducing the size of a grip is many times not possible because of the grip/handle construction, however some tennis grips can be made smaller.

Balance and Weight

Changing the weight of a racket or changing the balance point will significantly change the feel of the racket. We have a precision scale and a balancing board which allows us to precisely measure the weight and balance point. Lead tape is typically used to add weight to a frame. Lead tape is easily added or removed from a frame.
